LaGina is a New York based comedian and writer. She is the proud winner of the 2019 Women In Comedy Festival/HBO Pitch Your Pages competition. As a comedian she previously performed with the UCB house team Characters Welcome. When LaGina is not writing comedic pieces for The Root or performing, she directs indie sketch at the People’s Improv Theater and short films.
